COVID-19:
Since September 22, 2021, users wishing to access the Sports Complex are required to present proof of identification and full proof of vaccination against COVID-19 before being able to enter the premises (paper or digital version of the enhanced vaccination certificate with a QR code).
An individual is considered fully vaccinated if they have received:
- The full series of a COVID-19 vaccine authorized by Health Canada, or any combination of such vaccines, or
- One or two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine not authorized by Health Canada, followed by one dose of a COVID-19 mRNA vaccine authorized by Health Canada, or
- Three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine not authorized by Health Canada; and
- They received their final dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days before providing the proof of being fully vaccinated.
All other public health measures (for example, mask wearing and physical distancing) continue to apply to users.
Proving Identity
Validation of identification must also be undertaken to ensure that vaccination receipt offered by the patron belongs to them. Validation of vaccination will be based on two key identifiers:
- Name of the identification holder; and
- Date of birth.
Effective January 4, 2022, requiring the use of the enhanced vaccine certificate with QR code and the Verify Ontario app in settings where proof of vaccination is required. The QR code can be used digitally or by printing a paper copy. Individuals can download their enhanced certificate with QR code by visiting https://covid-19.ontario.ca/book-vaccine/.
Strengthening the verification process for medical exemptions and clinical trial exemptions by requiring a certificate with a QR code. Organizations and businesses that are under the provincial proof-of-vaccination system will be advised to no longer accept physician notes as of January 10, 2022.
Since December 20, 2021, requiring proof of vaccination for youth aged 12 to 17 years participating in organized sports at recreational facilities.
Due to the global health situation related to the COVID 19 pandemic, all the schedules may change without notice. As usual, we will follow the guidelines issued by the Eastern Ontario Health Unit.

Pool Schedule

Sports and physical activity in the pool
All reservations for the pool will be made through the AMILIA platform (or by calling the information desk at 613 636-2082.

Clients will be able to buy passes:
A minimum of 5 passes for $15 (tax included).
10 passes for $27
20 passes for $48
30 passes for $63
40 passes for $72
50 passes for $75
These passes do not expire.
-Participants are encouraged to arrive on time and ready to participate in the activity in order to limit gatherings. They are requested to leave the premises as quickly as possible at the end of the activity.
-Upon arrival, you must complete a self-assessment of COVID-19 symptoms and provide contact details.
-Personal effects must be limited to the strict minimum and must be placed in a closed bag. The bags must be placed on the designated tables located at the change room exits.
-Your mask must be placed on the top of your bag before you can enter the water. Coats can be hung outside the change rooms. Boots and shoes must stay under the benches in the change rooms.
-As lockers are not available and the number of shower stalls is limited, it is recommended that you wear you put on your swimsuit before arriving at the sports complex.
-You must shower before entering the pool area.
-Frequent hand washing is encouraged.
-The number of participants is limited in order to maintain a physical distance of 2 metres between participants during activities.
-Non-essential physical contact is not permitted between participants, staff and other visitors.
-Spaced out blocks of activities (swim laps, senior swim, family swim) have been scheduled. This staggered schedule provides enough time to clean contact surfaces and lifeguard materials.

Maximum of 12 people
Duration: 60 min
Access to change rooms 10 minutes before the activity
After the activity, a maximum of 10 minutes allotted to change and leave the premises
Individual reservations only
One reservation per day
- Because a distance of 2 metres must be kept between swimmers, the maximum number of swimmers will be 12.
- There will therefore be 4 swimmers per double lane.
- If a swimmer stops in a lane, the swimmer following them must stop and keep a distance of 2 metres.
- Gathering at the end of the lanes is not permitted.
- Swimmers will be able to use visual indicators to respect physical distancing.
For the family swim block (reservation via AMILIA with the purchase of a minimum of 5 passes)
Maximum of 24 people
Duration: 60 min
Access to change rooms 10 minutes before the activity
After the activity, a maximum of 10 minutes allotted to change and leave the premises
One reservation per day
- During family swim, the maximum capacity is 24 users.
- A physical distance of 2 metres must be maintained at all times.
- There may be a wait time at the information/welcome desk.
- Swimsuit must be worn under clothes when arriving at the sports complex.
- Children 7 and under must be accompanied in the water.
- The accompanying person must be an adult, or a youth aged 14 and over. They are responsible for the direct supervision of the child and must always stay by their side.
- It is mandatory to shower before entering the pool (change rooms will be accessible 10 minutes before the family swim.
- It is mandatory to wear a mask outside the water for persons aged 10 and up (please have a sealed bag for storing). It is recommended that children aged 2 to 9 wear a mask when out of the water.
- The washrooms in the change rooms are available during the activity
- Sharing materials is restricted (life jackets are accessible at all times).
For the Senior swim, which is reserved exclusively to persons aged 60 and over (reservation via AMILIA with the purchase of a minimum of 5 passes)
Maximum of 24 people
Duration: 60 min
Access to change rooms 10 minutes before the activity
After the activity, a maximum of 10 minutes allotted to change and leave the premises
2 blocks per week (Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 to 10:00)
- During senior swim, the maximum capacity is 24 users.
- A physical distance of 2 metres must be maintained at all times.
- There may be a wait time at the information/welcome desk.
- It is mandatory to shower and wash hands before entering the pool.
- It is mandatory to wear a mask when out of the water.
- No gatherings at the end of laneways.
- The washrooms in the change rooms are available during the activity.
- Sharing materials is restricted (life jackets are accessible at all times).
