To file a complaint on By-laws enforced by the Municipal Law Enforcement Officers, you may do so by contacting them at 613 632-0106, just press '5'. Anonymous complaints are not accepted, nor the ones made on our Facebook page, complainant must provide his full contact information. Complainant identification is kept confidential.

Parking tickets issued by the Municipal Law Enforcement Officers may be paid in person at the Finance Department (Door 3) at the Town Hall or by mail. Sorry, we do not offer online payment at the moment.

Temporary shelters are authorized between October 15 and April 15. Please respect the 1.5 meters set back from the sidewalk or curb because you could be asked to move it back.

Between November 15 and April 15, parking on all streets within the Town is forbidden between midnight and 7:00 a.m. regardless of the weather.

Licences are renewable annually by March 15. Two dogs per household are authorized.

A permit is required to have a garage sale. The cost is $10 for 2 consecutive days. Two garage sales per year are authorized per household. Also, two free garage sales per year, the last week-end of May and the long week-end of October are permitted.

There are two tax bills per year, for a total of 4 installments:

•    the Interim Billing is payable in two installments; at the end of March and end of June;
•    the Final Billing is payable in two installments; at the end of September and end of November.

•    due dates are set on the last work day in the months of: January, April, July and October;
•    each invoice has three months of consumption;
•    each invoice also includes a flat fee for water, flat fee for sewer and a flat fee for garbage.

Garbage bags or containers and recycling bins shall be put on your property at 1 meter from the curb or the sidewalk, no sooner than 5:00 p.m. the day prior to the collect. The daily collection will normally start at 6:00 a.m. Containers must not exceed 125 liters (28 gallons) or 80 pounds (36 kg) in total weight.
