NOTICE

This notice is to inform you that there will be municipal infrastructure work performed tomorrow July 22, 2020, between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at 355 Kitchener street.
During this time, a temporary drop of pressure and/or a water interruption may occur which can cause a reddish colouring of the water. Before any use of water, we recommend that you verify if the water is coloured. If the water is coloured, leave the cold water taps running until the water returns to its usual colour. Note that this discolouration will have no harmful effect on your health.

Surface water backflow
- Details
Explanation concerning the surface water backflow in front of the Moonshine BBQ restaurant on Thursday, July 16, 2020.
The water level of the Outaouais River is higher than the pipe invert which slows the evacuation of water at the exit of our system. As a result, this causes a backflow of surface water during heavy rain on Hamilton Street between Main East and Sinclair Streets. Everything is back to normal.
