Summary of the position 
Under the supervision of the IT Director, the computer technician is responsible for providing efficient and courteous support to users.
Responsibilities
• Handle IT support requests according to their priority;
• Work in collaboration with internal teams and various partners;
• Participate in weekly meetings;
• Participate actively in the company's projects;
• Ensure the installation, security and maintenance of computer and industrial equipment (computers, tablets, printers, scanners, barcode printers, etc.);
• Support the various services in place (broadcast screens, conference rooms, pay kiosks, etc.);
• Manage mobile devices such as cell phones and tablets;
• Maintain and order computer equipment in sufficient quantity;
• Install, receive, ship and move equipment as needed;
• Schedule preventive maintenance of certain equipment;
• Maintain computer storage facilities in a suitable condition;
• Maintain technical documentation of equipment and software;
• Manage user accounts (AD, Exchange, Windows);
• Run computer cable, install RJ-45 connectors and plates;
• Be available for interventions on the different sites.

Required skills and competencies
• Have completed a DEP or an AEC in computer support;
• Have 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position;
• Have already worked with a ticket tracking system;
• Experience in the manufacturing field desirable;
• Must have worked in a decentralized environment (multiple sites);
• A+ certification desirable ;
• Demonstrated experience managing Windows and Active Directory environments;
• Knowledge of Office 365;
• Demonstrated ability to configure and diagnose workstations ;
• Knowledge of telephony and Apple iPad / iPhone products desirable;
• Demonstrated interest in customer service and teamwork;
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly;
• Willingness and dynamism to be actively involved in the improvement of IT;
• Good learning skills;
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken;
