Position Summary
The team leader is responsible for the execution of operations on his or her production line. In concrete terms, he/she coordinates the operations on his/her production line to ensure continuity of operations and ensures that Biscuits Leclerc's policies are respected. The team leader is responsible for all activities on his or her production line.
The team leader must have a good technical understanding of his or her operations and of all the positions on his or her line in order to effectively manage operations. He must communicate, develop and challenge his team in their daily operations. With the different rituals, he collects and communicates important information concerning: health and safety, our people, quality and productivity.

YOU WOULD LIKE A JOB THAT CONSISTS OF
- Ensure compliance with the health and safety rules/practices of its production line;
- Ensure the development and mobilization of his production line;
- Communicate the day's objectives and evaluate performance;
- Communicate daily objectives and performance evaluations; Perform daily floor rounds and audits;
- Ensure that the products manufactured meet the expectations of customers and consumers (quality and food safety);
- Respond to various requests/problems from production employees and if necessary, act as an operator on the production line.
ARE YOU A PERSON WHO
- Holds a high school diploma or high school equivalency;
- Has relevant work experience in a manufacturing company;
- Possesses positive, collaborative leadership;
- Ability to make decisions based on priorities;
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel;
- Is recognized for his or her communication skills.

Daytime schedule : Monday through Thursday (7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) Friday (7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.)
Evening schedule : Monday through Thursday (3:30 p.m. to 12:30 p.m.) Friday (12:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.)
Night schedule : Monday through Thursday (8:30 p.m. to 7 a.m.) Friday (6:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.)
